The company's old factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with a plant area of 18,000 square meters. In 2017, it invested 23 million yuan to purchase a new factory, covering an area of more than 20,000 square meters. In the early days of the company's establishment, it mainly produced PP filling yarn, flame retardant filling rope, PE foamed filling strip, low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant tape and other filler materials for cables. Subsequently, more than 80 million yuan was invested to develop high temperature resistant identification tape, PVC cable sheath insulation materials, PP/PE wrapping tape, polyester tape, low smoke zero halogen flame retardant filling strip, submarine cable PP yarn, and optical power line communication cable (OPLC) filling strip.

The company has developed into a comprehensive production enterprise that produces more than 20 varieties and more than 200 specifications of cable materials. The company has more than 60 production equipment, including advanced tape production line, professional PP rope production unit, extrusion machine, pelletizing unit, slitter, grinder, twisting machine, mixer, and more than 20 testing equipment, including tensile strength tester, analytical balance, anti-aging test box, resistance meter, electronic density meter, thickness gauge, etc.

Through cooperation with research institutions of Nanjing University, the company has obtained strong technical support in the research and development of new products, and has obtained more than 30 invention patents and utility model patents for submarine cable PP yarn, low smoke and halogen-free flame retardant filling strip, and submarine cable dedicated filling strip. In particular, the project "Research and Application of High Roundness Composite Submarine Cable Filling Components" was identified as a scientific and technological achievement by experts from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China in 2020; This technology also won the honor of "China's Good Technology" in 2021. At the same time, the company is also the initiator of the china industry standard for cable filling yarn and high circularity cable filling strip.
