Cable PVC Insulating Compound PVC Insulation Compound Granules
Product Description
PVC insulation material for cables, also known as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation material, is widely used in the wire and cable industry.
PVC insulation material is a composite material mainly composed of polyvinyl chloride resin, which is processed through specific processes by adding stabilizers, plasticizers, fillers, lubricants and other auxiliary materials. It has good electrical insulation performance, chemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance, flame retardancy, and low cost, so it is widely used in power transmission and distribution equipment.
Electrical insulation performance: PVC insulation material has good electrical insulation performance, which can effectively block current conduction, avoid dangers such as electric shock and short circuit.
Chemical corrosion resistance: It has good chemical resistance to most acids, bases, salts, and solvents, can maintain its insulation performance, and is not easily corroded by chemical substances.
Wear resistance: It has high wear resistance and can resist external physical forces and wear, thereby extending the service life of wires and cables.
Flame retardancy: It usually has good flame retardancy, which means it is not easy to burn in the event of a fire, and produces less smoke and toxic gases during combustion, helping to reduce personal injury and property damage after a fire occurs.
Cost effectiveness: Compared to other insulation materials, PVC insulation has a lower price and is more cost-effective.
