4、Manufacturing process

The manufacturing process of polyester tape for cables mainly includes extrusion, rolling, molding, etc. Among them, extrusion is the most commonly used molding method. After heating polyester particles into a melt, the molding material is extruded into a strip shape through an extruder, and then the finished product is obtained through cooling, cutting, and winding processes.
