Product Description
Our company's nylon curing tape is made of high-strength nylon 66 industrial silk as raw material, woven using a Swiss high-speed shuttleless loom. The tape has higher strength, durability, fine texture, and uniform fabric shrinkage. From the selection of raw materials to every stage of production, every layer is carefully checked and tested, and the woven strip truly has the characteristics of high strength and no deformation during the vulcanization process. After repeated research and testing by the company's engineering and technical personnel, the surface of the wrapped product is smooth and delicate, with clear texture and regular cloth marks. During the vulcanization process, fixing the rubber increases its density, resulting in a better bonding effect between the rubber used and the skeleton material, improving reflection, and giving the product a black, shiny, and neat appearance. The usage frequency is 6 to 8 times that of cotton curing tape, and can reach up to 50 times or more.
Ideal for export rubber hoses, special-shaped rubber hoses, and high-pressure steel braided rubber hoses.
