Polyester tape for cables is mainly made of polyester fibers and processed into a strip shape through different techniques. Polyester fiber is a synthetic fiber with excellent physical and chemical properties, such as high strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, etc.

The manufacturing process of polyester tape for cables mainly includes extrusion, rolling, molding, etc. Among them, extrusion is the most commonly used molding method. After heating polyester particles into a melt, the molding material is extruded into a strip shape through an extruder, and then the finished product is obtained through cooling, cutting, and winding processes.
